Luke Weldon, (01/10/1995), of Bury, has been charged with the following offences:
- Sexual assault on a female.
- Breach of a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).
- 4x offences of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 13.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on 12 June 2021.
