Trio Of Client Wins For Philosophy PR
Cheshire-based boutique PR consultancy, Philosophy PR, has secured three new clients, despite the ongoing pandemic.
The duo behind Philosophy PR, Gemma Carey and Victoria Maltby, have made an immediate start with their new clients, which incorporate the retail, care and finance sectors.
Buxton-based independent retailer Divine Trash contacted Philosophy PR with the view to creating a mini magazine. The aim is to create a fashion and lifestyle publication that features the latest fashion trends, highlights the breadth of brands stocked in store and raises the profile of other local Buxton businesses by working with them collaboratively.
Known as DT Life, the magazine is to be produced several times a year and it will champion Divine Trash’s green credentials, supporting other sustainable and environmentally aware businesses in the area and printed on recycled paper.
Lucy Bradbury, owner of Divine Trash, comments: “When I met with Philosophy PR they immediately understood what I wanted to achieve, and their past work really impressed me. From content and copywriting to styling and design, together we are creating a current, fresh and inspiring magazine that perfectly captures the spirit of the Divine Trash brand.”
Further strengthening its expertise in the care sector, Philosophy PR has been appointed by North West-based home care provider, Alcedo Care, to undertake a comprehensive and strategic 12 months public relations campaign. With offices in Southport, Blackpool, Wigan, Preston and having recently opened one in Lancaster, Alcedo Care is rapidly expanding, providing much needed high quality care for clients in the comfort of their own home.
Andy Boardman, managing director at Alcedo Care, adds: “The company has grown rapidly over the last 12 months and we identified the need to push our brand out to a much wider audience to help consolidate our position as a regional leader.
“I contacted four different PR agencies and after discussing our requirements with them, it was an easy decision to select Philosophy PR as our PR partner. Vic and Gem have a great reputation, a can-do professional and dynamic approach and they are a perfect fit for Alcedo Care because of our shared drive and core values. They haven’t disappointed and have been fantastic from the moment we started working with them.”
Completing the hat trick of new client wins is Hilltop Finance, a city centre-based national financial advisory firm, with Philosophy PR briefed on a project which that raises awareness of the importance of reviewing pensions and investments during economic uncertainty.
Commenting on the trio of new clients, Gemma Carey, co-founder and director of Philosophy PR says: “We are thrilled to working with three new clients, each a fantastic Northern brand with strong foundations and exciting plans for the future.
“Covering retail, care and finance, this latest trio of client wins really showcases our vast PR, media relations and communications experience, and we’re are looking forward to establishing long-term working relationships with them.”
