Chemical Explosion in Salford

In Salford, a chemical explosion happened in the Industrial area on Tuesday morning. The man was injured seriously after the chemical explosion.

The explosion happened in the Industrial area of Salford where is on Liverpool Road, Irlam. The man who was injured due to the chemical explosion is in his 30s.

GMP said that the injury of the man is serious but not life-threatening. The medical treatment has continued and the injured man is still in the hospital.

The Health and Safety Executive said they are aware of the chemical explosion and still have investigated the situation.

A neighbor who is near to the area said “ The noise was really loud like a big boom something exploding or collapsing, that’s all I can say. Scary.”
