Man charged after Cheshire police find woman’s body
47-year-old remanded to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court
Cheshire police have arrested a 47-year-old man after discovering a body on Nursery Lane in Congleton.
David Mottram is facing a charge of murder. He will appear via video link at Warrington Magistrates’ Court.
Police arrested him on Tuesday night after finding the body of 45-year-old Samantha Heap at a Cheshire property.
Heap’s family is receiving support during this difficult time from specialist officers. (JSL).
