Don’t use them at all!!! Worse plumber ever doesn’t know what they are doing or talking about. Was charging £510 for a call out and to replace a flexy pipe under the kitchen sink. Wanted to drain the boiler which didn’t need doing and put new taps on which weren’t needed. Wanted half as a deposit to order the part which are about £8 from B&Q we gave him £100 £60 as a call out fee and £40 as a deposit which he won’t pay back.

Absolute con man, preys on the elderly, rips them off for hundreds of £££’s by lying about the problem making it sound like a big job when in fact it’s a 30min job and £10 worth of parts.
