New night buses and more frequent services coming to Oldham
People in Oldham will soon see better bus services, with more frequent journeys and new night buses on the way later this year.
The changes are part of wider improvements to the Bee Network across Greater Manchester, following feedback from passengers about what would make bus travel easier.
What’s changing in Oldham
One of the biggest updates is to the 83 bus, which links Oldham, Failsworth and Hollinwood with Manchester city centre.
- A new night bus will run on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
- More frequent buses during the day, evenings and weekends
- Improvements to help make journeys more reliable
These changes will make it easier for people to get to work, head into Manchester, or get home safely after a night out.
