Pogba “Unhappy” at Man United

Agent suggests selling him when possible

Paul Pogba’s second spell at Old Trafford could soon be coming to an end.

According to his agent, Mino Raiola the French midfielder is “unhappy” at Manchester United.

He believes it’s best for him to “change teams” at the next transfer window.

The 27-year old World Cup winner’s made eight Premier League appearances this season for the Reds, starting five times and scoring just once last weekend.

Pogba began his senior career with the Reds making three appearances from 2011-2012 after playing for the youth squad from 2009-2011.

Since re-joining the team in 2016 for a then-record fee of £89 million it’s been a rough time for him.

In October Pogba’s contract got extended for one year locking him up with the Reds until June 2022.

On Monday Raiola told Tuttosport his client “has to change teams; he has to change the air”

He goes on to say that his time at United is now “over”.

Earlier this season Pogba publicly expressed interest in playing for Real Madrid at some point in the future.

Last month his national team manager Didier Deschamps said Pogba “cannot be happy” with his situation at United.

Pogba played in only 22 matches last season due to an ankle injury.

Before this season’s Premier League campaign the Frenchman tested positive for COVID.

The next transfer window opens on January 2 and runs until February 1. (JSL)
