A road was closed after a serious crash last night. The crash happened on Liverpool Road in Irlam around 8 pm last night.
According to the witness of the incident, the collision happened between a motorbike, a car, and a pedestrian. Police, paramedics, and fire crews were at the scene. Two men were injured seriously with head injuries.
A shotgun was also found in the road and the police cordon has been set around it. A large number of police officers, armed police, and forensic officers were at the scene and were investigating the serious crash.
GMP still hasn’t shared any statement on the crash last night. It is expected that the road will be closed until the early hours of Saturday.
Transport for Greater Manchester warned drivers to use alternative roads due to the collision.MancTraffic shared a tweet and said “Liverpool Rd, Irlam serious crash UPDATE: Closure now from Vicarage Rd to Chapel Rd. Likely to be shut for some time.”
