A teenager will appear in court today (30 March 2022) charged with robbery after an incident in Stockport.
The 16-year-old male from the south Manchester area will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court having been remanded into custody after being arrested by officers from GMP’s Stockport District Priority Team.
Police were called to reports a man had been attacked with a hammer and had his moped stolen on 27 March in Hazel Grove.
