Boiling Water and Sugar Mix Injured The Prison Officer In Salford

A horrific attack happened in Salford Prison. The mix of boiling water with sugar cause many burns and injured a prison officer.

The incident happened at Forest Bank Prison in Salford. A spokesperson from Sodexo which has operated the jail privately said that “ The member of staff spent time in the hospital with burns after having a bucket of hot water thrown on him by a prisoner.”

The medical treatment of the prison officer still has continued and the officer has very serious burns due to boiling water and sugar mix.

Amongst inmates, a mix of boiling water and sugar is known as napalming and it is known that it causes serious and painful burns on the skin.

The police officers have continued the investigation. The injury of the prison officer became the second incident that happened the last month in Forest Bank Prison in Salford.
