Manchester Police Release Images of Clothing and Jewellery in Effort to Identify Deceased Woman near M56

Police officers trying to establish the identity of a deceased woman near the M56 motorway have released photographs of her attire and personal effects.

At approximately 2:40am on Monday 31st July, authorities were summoned to address concerns about the well-being of a woman on the Thorley Lane overpass, leading to junction 5.

Despite the valiant efforts of emergency services, the woman tragically passed away. Presently, her demise is not being treated as suspicious, though her identity remains undisclosed.

Images of the clothing and possessions discovered in her vicinity have been made public, in the hopes that her next-of-kin might recognise her attire.

As elucidated in an earlier plea, the woman is described as Caucasian, standing at a height of 5’3”, with shoulder-length, mousey brown hair that is straight and shows signs of greying. Her age is estimated to be between her forties and sixties. She had applied pink nail varnish.

Furthermore, she had adorned pink and brown tortoise shell eyeglasses, and a patterned, brown-hued headband was also discovered, along with a wristwatch featuring a black leather strap.
