The Highest Death Tolls of The Second Coronavirus Wave Were Recorded In Manchester

Today, one of the highest death tolls of the second coronavirus recorded in Greater Manchester hospitals. According to the latest data, 43 people died due to Coronavirus in hospitals.

The total number of deaths that were caused by coronavirus is 4089 now. Here is the list of the death numbers for each hospital of the region with the updated numbers:

  • Bolton NHS Foundation Trust – 447 (+3)
  • Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust – 9
  • Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust – 1,139 (+4)
  • Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust – 7
  • Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust – 363 (+5)
  • Stockport NHS Foundation Trust – 338 (+5)
  • Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust – 435 (+3)
  • The Christie NHS Foundation Trust – 20 (+1)
  • Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust – 563 (+13)
  • Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust – 762 (+9)
  • NHS Nightingale Hospital North West – 6

All patients were aged between 32 and 102. Most of the patients had chronic health problems.

After the new coronavirus has been identified which is more contagious than before, the government warned people to be more careful. New restrictions planning to stop the spread of coronavirus.
