A new survey has been launched by Healthwatch Trafford to improve alcohol support services. They are seeking feedback from individuals regarding their alcohol use and experiences with support services. The survey will inform the services provided by Trafford Council and Trafford Integrated Care Partnership. The quick 10-minute survey aims to gather information on concerns about loved ones’ alcohol use, awareness of available services, and accessibility for those seeking to reduce their alcohol intake. Cllr Jane Slater, Executive Member for Health and Care at Trafford Council, expressed the importance of ensuring individuals struggling with alcohol can access the necessary support, along with their loved ones. Healthwatch Trafford, an independent advocate for health and social care service users, will protect the anonymity of respondents and will not share personal details with any other organization. The survey is available online.
