Manchester Gym to host day of charity fundraising
Hero Training Clubs will be raising funds for charity, We Love Manchester.

A Manchester gym is hosting a day of fitness activities this Wednesday to celebrate National Fitness Day and to fundraise for charity, We Love Manchester.
Hero Training Clubs is located in Angel Gardens which makes it the ideal place for them to share their range of actives with the public including a Workout of the Day which is perfect for corporate teams.
Between 9am-8pm, teams will be split into groups of five and invited to take part in a six minute challenge or a 30 minute total workout between them.
Those who donate £20 per team will automatically be in the running for plenty of top prizes including dinner for two at The Ivy, a bottomless brunch for four at The Alchemist and an overnight stay at Moda Apartments.
At 6pm, there will be an outdoor HIIT class in the Angel Gardens Courtyard available for a donation which will be followed by food from Pho and drinks from The Alchemist.
There will also be goody bags up for grabs throughout the day with products from hero Training Club’s key partners such as Balance Meals, Neom and Supernova.
Jon Farrell, Community Manager at hero Training Clubs said: “The We Love Manchester charity is a charity close to the hearts of the team that work here at hero Training Clubs.
“We wanted to do something that would raise money for this much loved charity and what better way and indeed the day to do it than National Fitness Day; Wednesday 23 September.
“This year’s National Fitness Day focuses on the FUN of fitness and physical activity, which is why we’re running a range of activities you associate with fun such as the traditional sports day, team challenges and a group workout.
“You don’t need to be a member or super fit to support this initiative. All that’s required is a willing mentality and we will ensure you have fun whilst raising money for We Love Manchester.”
