GMP officers release CCTV images of a man in Rochdale that he is suspicious of a sexual assault case. The sexual assault case happened on Sunday 1 November 2020 at about 9.30 pm.
A girl reported to the police officers that she is being sexually assaulted by a young man while she was walking towards Mainway after getting off the bus. The police officers looked to CCTV cameras and found the images of the man.
The investigation still continues and there are no arrests, yet. Detective Constable Fran Pearson of GMP’s Rochdale district said: “This was a horrific ordeal for the victim and specialist officers continue to support her through this incredibly difficult time.”
