Apply now to send your child to the new Radcliffe secondary school
Parents can now choose to send their child to the new high school in Radcliffe, which will open for its first intake into Year 7 in September 2024.
Two Open Events are being held for prospective pupils and families to learn more about Star Radcliffe Academy, its offer and the admissions process.
They will take place at the Outreach Centre in Blackburn Street, Radcliffe on:
- Tuesday 3 October (6pm to 7.30pm).
- Monday 16 October (4pm to 5.30pm).
Applications must be made directly to Star, not the council – go to www.starradcliffe.orgfor all the details.
If you are applying for Star Radcliffe Academy, please be aware that you should still apply for other schools in the borough on your application to Bury Council – go to www.bury.gov.uk/admissionssecondary. The closing date for applications is 31 October.
