Ainsley will be making his return to the festival’s kitchen on Saturday 24 August for two scintillating cooking demonstrations at 11am and 1pm and will then be hosting a special Rum Fiesta event at 3:30pm.

Guests at this year’s demos will get to feast on a delicious Caribbean inspired dish whilst they watch Ainsley at work.

While lunch time guests will be treated to a twist on a local delicacy with a Carrs Pasties Jamaican jerk chicken pasty barm!

At the afternoon Rum Fiesta, where fans have the chance to explore the world of rum tasting, guests will enjoy a delightful rum cake with crème fraiche.
