19-year-old man charged in connection with death of Piotr Ludwiczak
Brook Marshall-Byrne (7/4/04), of Prestwich Hills, has been charged with manslaughter and affray.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 11 July 2023). 35-year-old Piotr sadly died in hospital following an incident in Bury Town Centre on Saturday 8 July 2023. Piotr’s family have been kept updated with the progress of this investigation and continue to be supported by officers.
